At Sightglass Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team at orders@sightglasscoffee.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved for non-perishable goods, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate shipping address.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the unused equipment or apparel in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our roastery.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
